Returns & Refund Policy

Here at Boxed we strive to provide an unparalleled educational experience for your children through our subscription boxes and variety of other products! We understand that circumstances may arise, and you may need to initiate a return. Please take a moment to review our simplified Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • You may exchange defective individual items within your Boxed subscription within 30 days of the arrival of your package.
  • Items in boxes or entire boxes purchased by subscription are ineligible for return.
  • Other items purchased outside of a subscription are eligible for refund within 30 days of the arrival of your package.

2. Return Procedure:

  • Complete the return slip provided in your original package. Make sure to fill out all required details.
  • Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging and include the completed return slip in the package.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Place the provided return label on the package. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

4. Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive your return, our team will promptly inspect the items to ensure they meet the return criteria.
  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and credited to the original form of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at boxedteam.co@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at boxedteam.co@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you!

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the provided address on your return slip.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
